30 Day Blogger Challenge - Day 3

Day 3: A Moment I Felt Most Satisfied/Happy

- Wow, this is really hard, as I am basically never happy. I'm not sure what happy even is, I only know what not-as-bad is, and even then I barely know that.

- The times when I am the least unhappy are when I am at concerts. I mean I cry and am waaaaay too emotional at them, but I am so overwhelmed by the love I have for the band and how beautiful them and their music are and I feel free and I forget how fucked up everything is and it's not as hard anymore, just until the concert is over. While the band is on the stage, nothing else matters and the outside world basically doesn't exist and I really lose myself in the music (more than I usually do). So that's when I am least unhappy and most satisfied.

- Another time I am least unhappy and almost actually happy is when I am with or talking to my best friend and everything is okay. He makes me feel better and makes my anxiety go away (or be less of an issue), and he makes me want to fight each day, so being around him and having great or uplifting conversations and a laugh is honestly one of the best things for my mental state. He is genuinely a human version of an antidepressant!! And I can never thank him enough for being my lifesaver and for making me laugh when I am on the verge of tears. He is honestly the best person I have ever met and is the one person who is truly there for me.
