Day 14: 3 Healthy Habits
- Honestly not sure if this is asking what I think 3 healthy habits are, or if it's asking what 3 healthy habits I have, ha. So I'll do both!
- General healthy habits:
Healthy eating and regular exercise
Practicing self care (showering regularly, eating enough but not too much, getting a good amount of sleep, taking yourself out of bad situations and other ways to look after yourself).
Look after your health (go to the doctors, don't push yourself too hard, taking medication if you need to take it).
- My healthy habits:
Healthy(ish) eating
Regular exercise
Drinking 2+ liters of water per day
I am quite terrible at self care, I am aware of this and I am trying to fix that. Sometimes I go days without having a proper wash - I last had a bath last wednesday and last washed my hair the day before that - this is to do with my depression as I don't have the energy or motivation to do this, or any of the other things I know I should. But I am hoping to get better at doing it.
